Playwright: Rand Higbee

Originally from Spearfish, South Dakota, Rand Higbee obtained a Theatre degree from South Dakota State University and an MFA in Playwriting from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Since college days Rand has become known for his “family friendly” comedies. His published works include the full lengths “The Head That Wouldn’t Die,” “The Lightning Bug” and “The Feral Child.” The debut production of his full length “A Girl Named Destiny” Laurel, Maryland, was named as one of the best plays of the year by “DC Metro Theatre Arts” Rand currently lives in Yachats, Oregon.

Director: Kelly Palmer

Kelly has studied drama extensively and performed improv and stand up comedy. She has been a long serving member of the Gwangju Performance Project.  She looks forward to her first foray into directing.
