Playwright: Jenna Jane

Jenna Jane is an internationally-produced playwright, based in Florida. She subverts genre expectations in her comedies and sci-fi for the stage. Jenna’s writing puts authenticity front and center, blows up gender expectations, and explores the relationship between the body and the self. A national award-winning investigative journalist, she graduated summa cum laude from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism. Jenna is a member of the Dramatists Guild. Director: June Park

June is a Filipino-Korean performer with six years of experience in children’s theater, working as an actor, director, writer, prop maker, choreographer, and set designer. She is also a budding improviser with Seoul City Improv. June has acted in the past two 10-Minute Play Festivals, and served as costume designer for Seoul Players’ production of Endgame. This is her first time directing for the festival. She is equal parts thrilled and terrified, so please buy her a coffee if you can.
